Family, criminal, immigration, workers’ comp, and business lawyers get injury calls they do not handle. Send them to Meline Mailyan. Your client gets an attorney who handles the case personally, in English, Armenian, or Russian, and you get a referral fee agreement that follows the California rules.

How it works
Simple, and by the rules.
1. Introduce the client
Use the form, call, or have the client call us and mention your name. We review the case and tell you and the client whether we can take it.
2. Put the split in writing
Fee division between lawyers requires a written agreement and the client’s written consent after full disclosure, under California Rule of Professional Conduct 1.5.1. We prepare the paperwork.
3. We handle the case
Meline Mailyan handles the case personally. The client is never passed to a case manager.
4. Resolution
Fees are divided as agreed when the case resolves. The total fee to the client does not increase because a referral was made.
