How much does it cost to hire you?
Nothing up front. We work on contingency, which means our fee is a percentage of what we recover for you. If we recover nothing, you owe no attorney fee. The percentage is set out in a plain-English agreement you sign before we start.
Who will I actually talk to?
Attorney Meline Mailyan. She reviews your case, handles it, and negotiates your settlement herself. Our staff supports her; they do not replace her.
Do you speak Armenian or Russian?
Yes. Meline works with clients in English, Armenian, and Russian, so you and your family can talk through every step of the case in the language you are most comfortable with.
How quickly will someone talk to me?
Call (747) 200-5520 during office hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and you reach the office directly. Online case reviews are read by the attorney, usually the same business day.
How much is my case worth?
It depends on your injuries, your medical costs, your lost income, how clear fault is, and how much insurance is available. We give you an honest range after reviewing your file, not a number on day one to get you to sign.
How long will it take?
Simple cases often settle in 6 to 12 months once you finish treatment. Serious injury and truck cases take 12 to 24 months. Trials take longer. We do not settle early to close files.
What if I do not have health insurance?
We can connect you with doctors in Los Angeles who treat on a lien, meaning they are paid from the settlement. You get care now.
Can I switch to you from another lawyer?
Yes. It is common and it usually costs you nothing extra because the fee is shared between firms. We handle the transfer.
